BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. bulk sausage
8 crescent rolls
1 1/2 c. frozen loose pack hash browns
1 c. shredded cheddar
1 c. shredded Swiss
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan

Fry sausage; drain. Spray pan with Pam. Pat rolls in bottom of jelly roll pan, 12"x14". Layer sausage, cheese, potatoes. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
