BEEF STROGANOFF | |
2 lb. round steak 1/2 stick butter 2 cans mushroom soup 1/2 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Sprinkle steak with onion and garlic powder. Cook until tender in electric skillet for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Then add mushroom soup, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Serve over cooked wide noodles. |
