CARAWAY RYE MUFFINS 
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 lg. egg
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. yogurt
1 c. rye flour
1 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds

In mixing bowl combine salt, soda, and egg. Add honey, oil, and yogurt. Stir very well. Add flour, stirring to moisten. Divide batter among 6 greased muffin cups. Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
