1 gallon sweet cider
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
3 tsp. allspice
4 sticks cinnamon
2 c. sugar (optional)
Juice of 8 oranges
Juice of 4 lemons

Can use honey as substitute for sugar.

Combine all ingredients; bring to a boil. Serve hot.
