HOT SPICED COCKTAIL NUT MIX 
1 c. roasted salted cashews
1 c. roasted salted peanuts
1 c. raisins
4 c. corn chips
2 c. small oyster crackers
1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced and mashed to a paste
2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cayenne (to taste if too much)

In a large bowl combine the cashews, the peanuts, the raisins, corn chips, and the oyster crackers. In a small skillet melt butter with garlic over low heat (while stirring) stir in cumin, the coriander, cinnamon and cayenne. Pour over nut mixture; tossing the nut mixture to coat thoroughly.
