MEXICAN LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onions
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. egg noodles
1 c. sour cream
3 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger with onions, salt, and pepper. Mix spaghetti sauce with tomato sauce and butter. Add to meat and simmer 10 minutes. Boil noodles until tender. Drain and rinse. Mix sour cream and cream cheese until smooth. On bottom of buttered 9 x 13 inch pan, spread noodles, then spread cream cheese mixture, then spread meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
