CHICKEN WITH PAPRIKA 
1 frying chicken, cut up
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. oil
1 c. finely chopped onion
2 tsp.-2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chicken stock
Rice or noodles
1 c. sour cream and 2 tsp. flour (mix together)

Melt butter and oil. Add onions and paprika. Simmer until glossy and red. Add salt and stock. As soon as this has reached a boiling point, add the chicken, simmer - covered 1 hour. Remove chicken. Stir sour cream mixture slowly into pot and simmer until thickened and smooth - about 5 minutes. Don't boil. Add chicken and simmer 5-10 minutes longer. Serve over noodles or rice.
