BARBEQUED CHEESE POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
3/4 c. finely sliced American cheese

Combine all ingredients and put in a heavy skillet. Cover and cook over a very slow heat until potatoes are tender. May add diced ham or sliced hot dogs.
