FIVE MINUTE SOUP | |
4 c. chicken broth 1/2 raw cucumber, scrubbed unpeeled and sliced very thin 2 c. shredded raw green leaf vegetable (spinach, lettuce or cabbage) 1 med. tomato, cubed 1/2 c. leftover lean meat, shredded 4 med. raw mushrooms, sliced Heat the broth. Add the vegetables and meat. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Yield: 1 1/2 quarts. |
