FRANK'S® CANAPES 
6 (1/4") bacon strips
2 sm. chopped green onions
1/2 c. minced mushrooms
1/2 tbsp. white wine
1/2 c. grated gruyere
2 tbsp. mayo
Salt & pepper to taste
4 slices pumpernickel

Cook bacon, remove (leave little grease). Add onion, mushrooms and wine; high heat until soft. Remove. Add bacon, Swiss cheese and salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Spread over bread. Sprinkle on guyere, broil until brown (no more than 10 minutes). Slice in 1/4 pieces.
