POTATO SALAD 
A nice change of pace from the regular salad.

7 med. potatoes
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Dash of garlic
1/8 tsp. onion powder
Pepper to taste
4 hard cooked eggs
3/4 c. diced celery
1/3 c. sliced onions
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. dill weed

Cook potatoes with jackets in water to cover. When tender, drain water and peel potatoes; cube into a dish. Meanwhile combine oil, vinegar, salt, garlic, onion powder and pepper in covered container. Pour 1/3 cup oil and vinegar mixture over the potatoes.

Reserve remaining oil mixture; toss lightly to coat. Chill for 2 hours. Add sliced hard cooked eggs, diced celery and onions. Toss with combined mayonnaise, reserved oil mixture, sour cream and dill weed. Chill.
