SPINACH SALAD WITH BLUE CHEESE
DRESSING
 
1 c. plain yogurt
1/3 c. crumbled blue cheese
1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 c. torn romaine lettuce
Sm. red onion, sliced into rings
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried basil
4 c. torn fresh spinach

Combine yogurt, blue cheese, salt and spices. Cover and chill to blend flavors.

Wash and thoroughly dry Romaine and spinach. Place in salad bowl with onion. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. To serve, pour dressing over greens and toss.
