RHUBARB COBBLER 
3-4 c. rhubarb
1 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
Dash salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Dice rhubarb, place in 9"x12" pan. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Spoon brown sugar over all. Cream shortening with white sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and beat until thick and creamy.
