CORN DISH 
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sour cream

Melt butter and add sour cream and beaten eggs. Mix in corn muffin mix and add corn. Pour into 9 x 12 baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. It's done when it turns slightly brown and is like a souffle.
