FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (18 oz.) roll refrigerated sugar slice-&-bake cookies
1 (8 oz.) container soft Philadelphia brand cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Assorted fruits (blueberries, strawberries, peaches, kiwi, banana, etc.)
2 tbsp. water
1/2 c. orange marmalade

Cut cookie dough into 1/8 inch slices. Arrange cookies, slightly overlapping on aluminum foil covered 14 inch pizza; press edges to seal. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool, remove from foil onto serving plate.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit on cream cheese mixture. Glaze with combined marmalade and water. Chill. Cut into wedges.
