EASY CHALLAH 
Dissolve 2 packages of dry yeast in 1/2 cup hot water (105-115 degrees) and let stand. Into a large bowl measure 7-8 cups of flour and 1 tablespoon salt. Mix. Make a well in the flour and add 3 slightly beaten eggs, 1/2 cup oil, 3/4 cup honey, 1 1/2 cups warm water, and yeast mixture. Mix and knead together. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes adding more flour if needed so dough is not sticky. Let rise in an oiled bowl until double in size. Punch down and let rise again. Punch down again. Divide and make loaves. Place in buttered pan and cover with cloth and let rise 1/2 to 1 hour. Brush loaves with beaten egg. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
