SARA'S CHALLAH 
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
5 tsp. yeast
3/4 c. warm water
4 c. flour & 3 c. water
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Kosher salt
2 eggs

Put first 4 ingredients into a tall tumbler, place in a warm spot. Ready to use when mixture rises to top of tumbler.

Mix remaining ingredients well with a spoon. When yeast mixture is ready, add to prepared batter; mix well. Add additional 3 cups of flour and mix well. Knead 15-20 minutes.
