WALLA WALLA SWEET ONION PIZZA 
5 c. Walla Walla sweet onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (16 oz.) pkg. hot roll mix
8 oz. pizza sauce
1/2 lb. Italian sausage, boiled and sliced
1 c. pitted black olives
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 14 inch pizza pan. Over low heat, saute onion and garlic in oil until onion is translucent and tender. Season with salt, pepper and oregano; cool.

Make dough for crust from roll mix. Line pan with dough making a rim. Layer pizza sauce and onion filling over crust. Top with sausage, olives and cheese. Bake on bottom rack of oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
