SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE 
Unbaked pie crust
3-4 apples, sliced and diced
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
3/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter

In bowl, mix together sour cream, 2 tablespoons flour, salt, vanilla, egg and white sugar. Fold into apples. Pour into crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

Meanwhile for topping, combine brown sugar and 1/3 cup flour; cut in butter. Take pie from oven and top with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 more minutes.
