HOT SLAW 
1 large head cabbage
1 bell pepper
2 stalks celery
1 large onion
4 tomatoes
1 c. tomato catsup
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
pinch of salt

Hand chop the first 5 ingredients. Mix the remaining ingredients together and bring to a boil. Pour over the cabbage. Seal and keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
