2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans king crabmeat or 2 (8 oz.) boxes frozen crabmeat, thawed 2 lobster tails, cooked and cut up 1 lb. cod fillets, poached 1 can frozen shrimp soup, thawed 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. heavy cream 2 tbsp. sherry 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese Paprika 2 tbsp. butter Flake crabmeat, removing membrane. Add all but the last 4 ingredients; mix well. Pour into shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs, cheese, and paprika. Dot with butter. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 30 minutes. Serves 6. |
