SEAFOOD SUPREME 
7 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. raw shrimp
1/2 c. canned or fresh crabmeat (flaked)
1/2 c. bay or sea scallops (cut into bite size pieces)
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. sherry
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degree oven. In a large skillet, heat 4 tablespoons of butter; add seafood and onion; cook 4 minutes. Sprinkle with sherry, salt and pepper. Melt remaining butter, add flour, stir with whisk until blended. Bring milk to a boil and add all at once to butter and flour; stir vigorously until sauce is thickened.

Combine sauce with seafood. Spoon mixture into casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
