HAM & POTATO SCALLOP 
5 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
1 slice cooked (ready to eat) smoked ham, 1/2 inch thick
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
butter

Grease casserole (2 quart size). Put in potatoes. Mix in cut-up ham pieces. Combine soup, milk, onion, pepper and seasonings. Pour over potatoes. Dot with butter. Cover. Bake 1 3/4 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover after 1 hour. Serves 6.
