SAUSAGE RING 
2 lbs. bulk pork sausage
1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. chopped apples

Mix like meat loaf and pack in 6 cup metal ring mold. Bake 350 degrees 1 hour. Drain fat. Unmold. Serve with scrambled eggs in center of mold.
