1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. 40% Bran Falkes cereal
1 c. cold strong coffee
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, sugar, and cocoa; set aside. Measure Bran Flakes and coffee into 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Stir to combine. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes until cereal is softened. Mix in oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and nuts. Stir until well combined. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
