GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, about 20 crackers
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted

For 9-inch pie.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crumbs, sugar, and butter. If desired, reserve 2-3 tablespoons crumb mixture for topping.

Press remaining mixture firmly and evenly against bottom and sides of pie pan.

Bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
