KING RANCH RECIPE 
1 lg. hen or 2 fryers cooked and boned
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 can RoTel tomatoes
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 flour tortillas

Line 9 x 13 pan with torn tortillas. Layer diced chicken, chopped green pepper and onion on top of tortillas. Mix together RoTel tomatoes and soups. Pour over chicken. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
