SWISS TUNA GRILL 
1 (6 1/2-7 oz.) can tuna, drained & flaked
1/2 c. shredded process Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
Dash pepper
16 slices rye bread
butter, softened

Combine tuna, cheese, celery, onion, mayonnaise, sour cream and pepper. Spread filling on 8 bread slices. Top with remaining bread slice. Spread outside of sandwiches with butter. Cook on hot griddle over medium heat about 3 minutes on each side or until both sides are toasted and filling is heated through.

To Microwave: Toast bread, spread with filling, microwave until cheese starts to melt. Don't butter outsides.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
