15 MINUTE BEEF STROGANOFF 
3 tbsp. butter
1 lb. round steak (or better cut), 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick
2/3 c. water
1 env. onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. flour
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
Noodles or rice

Trim fat from meat and cut into strips. Heat butter and brown meat quickly, add water and mushrooms (including liquid). Stir in soup mix. Heat just to boiling. Blend sour cream and flour and add. Heat and stir. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 4 to 5.
