6 hard boiled eggs
3 tsp. Dijon mustard
Dash Tabasco
1/2 c. soft butter
Dash onion powder
Dash salt

Peel and chop eggs; blend with butter and other ingredients. Adjust seasonings to taste. This is a good base spread for canapes. All of these pates or spreads can be frozen.
