HAWAIIAN FUDGE 
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. rich milk or cream
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. pecans
A few drops green food coloring

Combine sugar, milk or cream and well drained pineapple. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until mixture reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add pecans and coloring. Let cool slightly, then beat until creamy. Pour into greased pan. Cool and cut into squares.
