MEXICAN FUDGE 
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. green taco sauce
3 eggs

In medium size bowl, combine cheeses.

In small bowl, combine taco sauce and 3 eggs until well blended.

In 9x13 baking dish, place 1/2 of the cheese mixture. Pour liquid mixture over cheese. Cover with the rest of the cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into 1 inch squares. Serve with tortilla chips.
