WOOD CHUCKS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lb. ground turkey breakfast sausage
1/2 lb. mild Mexican style Velveeta cheese

Mix turkey meat and brown in a little olive oil. Simmer until done. Cut Velveeta into small chunks. Add to turkey mixture. Simmer until cheese is melted. Serve with rye crackers or party rye bread. Great appetizers. Very easy.
