CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 sm. box UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice, long grain, cooked
2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can French cut beans, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 jar red pimientos, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Cook rice and chicken then mix all ingredients together. Pour into casserole dish and bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
