PEAR HONEY 
9 c. pears
5 c. sugar
1 sm. can pineapple
1 tbsp. lemon juice or ReaLemon concentrate

Grind, chop pears in food chopper until fine. Add sugar, pineapple and lemon juice. Cook until thick and pears are clear. Put into jars to 1/4 inch of top. Water bath 15 minutes for pints. Approximately 4 pints. Note: Pears do not need to be peeled, just cored.
