PEAR HONEY 
Pears
Sugar
Crushed pineapple

Peel and core pears. Using either the coarse blade of a meat grinder or food processor, chop pears coarsely. To each cup of pears, allow 1 cup of sugar. Cook together until clear but not pink. Add a small can of drained, crushed pineapple for each quart of pears. Bring all to a boil. Pack in sterilized jars and process 20 minutes in a boiling water bath.
