MARY FRANCIS' CHEESE CUPCAKES | |
STEP 1: 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 4 eggs, add one at a time 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Foil cupcake holders STEP 2: 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla Canned fruit (cherries, blueberries, etc.) Combine ingredients 1-4; place in cupcake holders and bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool; tops will sink in. Combine ingredients 5-7; place mixture into cupcakes and bake in 300 degree oven 5 minutes more. Let cool; refrigerate. Place fruit before serving. Can be stored in refrigerator for 2 weeks. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. |
