TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can light red kidney beans
1 head shredded lettuce
2 c. shredded cheddar
1 red tomato
1 bag Doritos (crushed)
Catalina dressing, to taste
1 envelope taco seasoning

Brown ground beef, then add chopped onion, kidney beans, taco seasoning. Cook until onions are tender. Set aside to cool a little bit. Mix together lettuce, tomato, chips and cheese in a large bowl.

Add beef mixture and catalina dressing to taste. Mix all of it together until well blended. Serve in bowls.

Makes 6 servings.
