BAKED POTATO SALAD 
8 med. potatoes, cooked and peeled and diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. American cheese diced (Velveeta)
1 c. Miracle Whip
Salt and pepper
1/2 lb. bacon fried and crumbled
1/4 c. sliced olives

Mix potatoes, onions, cheese, Miracle Whip, salt and pepper together. Place in a 9 x 13 buttered baking dish or casserole dish. Top with 1/2 lb. bacon and olives. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour or until browned. This can be made ahead of time and put in refrigerator until needed.
