4 potatoes, boiled & cut in sm. pieces
1 lg. slice ham, cut in sm. pieces
2 med. onions, chopped fine
4 average size fresh tomatoes, diced
1 can (med.) stems & pieces mushrooms
1 lg. green pepper, chopped fine
10 eggs

Place all ingredients in large skillet in which enough butter has melted to cover, with the exception of eggs and green pepper. Beat eggs well and pour over all. Add green pepper while cooking.
