FRENCH APPLE PIE 
4 to 5 lg. tart apples
2/3 c. white sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Pour over apples evenly. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix together above ingredients until crumbly. Put over the top of the pie and cook another 30 minutes.
