CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. frozen peas
Toasted almonds

Saute hamburger and chopped onion in oil. Put in casserole and add uncooked rice, cream of chicken soup, water and soy sauce. Mix well. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Take from oven and add chopped celery and frozen peas. Put in oven and bake 20 more minutes. After it comes out of oven sprinkle with toasted almonds. I have used water chestnuts chopped up in place of almonds.
