CHINESE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 c. onion 1 c. chopped celery 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can bean sprouts 1 1/2 c. water 1 c. rice 2 tbsp. soy sauce Brown first 3 ingredients together. Mix all other ingredients together and add to meat mixture; stir and put in large buttered, covered casserole or pan. Bake 1 hour or 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Uncover, stir and sprinkle with Chinese noodles and bake for another 15 minutes. |
