APPLE DATE BREAD 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c. fine chopped apples
1 c. diced dates

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt. Stir in coconut. Add egg, apples, dates. Cook in greased, floured 9 x 5 loaf pan for 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
