CAPTAINS SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 (24 oz.) can V-8 juice or tomato juice
1 can celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

Mix all ingredients together and simmer 20-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Soups can be diluted if you like a thinner soup.
