MINNESOTA RICE DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 c. Minnesota wild rice
1 c. water
3 drops Tabasco
2 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
1/2 tsp. fresh black pepper
4 ribs of celery, sliced
2 lg. onions, chopped
3 (10 1/2 oz.) cans of cream of mushroom soup
2 soup cans of water
4 qt. soup kettle

Brown beef crumbling as you fry it. Add wild rice and water, Tabasco, bouillon granules, and simmer about 30 minutes with celery and onion, also.

Stir in soup and soup cans of water. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
