MONKEY BISCUITS 
4 cans Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter

Boil together until sugar is all dissolved:

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter

Separate biscuits and cut into quarters. Roll in 3/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Place 1 can at a time in angel food cake pan, sprinkling with nuts and sugar-cinnamon mixture after each can.

After all biscuits are in, pour boiled mixture over, slowly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Invert on plate and serve warm; just pull off a chunk and enjoy.

This can be made the night before and cooked in the morning.
