CHICKEN OR VEAL PAPRIKAS 
2 chickens, cut up or 6 veal chops
1 sm. onion, chopped
10 shakes paprika
1 bay leaf
5-6 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste
Poultry seasoning

Fry onion with a little butter and paprika. Add chicken or veal, keep turning to coat well until chicken begins to turn white. Remove to a large pot, add water and seasonings. Simmer at least 1 hour. Make a mixture of flour and water to thicken when done. Serves 6.
