CHOW MEIN 
1 sm. stalk celery
3 lb. onions
1/2 lb. or 1 1/2 c. diced chicken, cooked
1 qt. stock
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. rice (cooked separate) or chow mein noodles

Cook chopped celery and onions until tender. In pan put stock, cornstarch, molasses and soy sauce. Cook until thick. Then add chicken. Pour in celery-onion mixture. Serve over noodles or rice.
