COUNTRY STEAK 
2 lb. round steak
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
2 c. beef stock

Cut steak into serving pieces. Pound out with meat mallet. Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dip meat pieces in mixture, pressing firmly to coat. In a large skillet have olive oil and brown the meat on both sides. Remove meat to a baking dish. Blend remaining flour mixture into frying pan with remaining ingredients. Add 2 cups beef stock and stir until thickened. Pour over steak and cover dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
